It’s notable, nevertheless, that the semi-finalists do not all stand out statistically in the opening and shutting powerplays, however have been the four best wicket-takers and wicket-preservers in the unglamorous middle overs. Australia are top by some distance, adding to the fear England will arrive down underneath this winter both not sure of their best staff and unequipped to defend the Ashes. England (8.Seventy four per over), Australia (8.37) and India (7.88) have been the first, second and fourth quickest-scoring groups within the dying overs. Out on the field Jofra has clearly made an enormous affect.
